My aim is to share the incredible benefits of yoga with as many people as possible. It’s had such an amazing impact on my life, shifting my outlook and making me happy, healthy and calm.

HI I’m HANNAH

I’m a London-based yoga teacher with a passion for helping people transform their lives through yoga.

Yoga has given me the tools I need to thrive and find strength in my everyday life, especially during my pregnancies and postpartum. The way yoga has supported me in my journey through motherhood has encouraged me to share what I’ve learnt, and women (particularly in pregnancy and postpartum) has become my vocation.

In 2020 I released the Hannah Barrett Yoga App helping people to find their strength with yoga and to make yoga accessible to all. I’ve created classes which are suitable for people of all ages and abilities, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. This app is a dream come true for me and with it is a community incredible yogis and I would love you to join us.
