I loved the challenge in its purest sense of the word. It’s been a month where I have truly taken time and put myself first. With two jobs, 2 children and a husband and life admin, as we always do we do not put ourselves first. So I decided I would. It wasn’t a pressure on myself, I didn’t do it every day but I did dedicate time in my diary and I blocked the time out according to each time length of class. When I’m doing Your classes it feels like I’m doing yoga with my friend… what I love the most about [the Yoga Happy] challenge was the variety of classes that was included. I loved that there was both more demanding and unwinding classes, which is perfect for me.
