‘I started having one on one yoga sessions with Hannah when my first baby was 8 months old, and with 6 months until my wedding. Not only did Hannah get my body in the best shape it has ever been in, but she also managed to teach me to calm my mind, which was invaluable in the lead up to my wedding.

Hannah also guided me through my second pregnancy. I suffered a lot with pelvic pain and Hannah gave me gentle exercises and yoga poses to relieve the pain. I have been following Hannah’s post natal yoga programme since the birth and have benefited both physically and mentally from it.
