Strength Through Yoga is a postnatal ebook that can be downloaded onto any device anywhere in the world. You just need to make sure you have a pdf reader like Apple Books or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed before downloading.

To save the PDF to Apple Books on your iPhone please make sure you are using Safari and the the Apple Books app is installed on your phone (from the App Store). Click on the download link emailed to you and once opened please click on the little square with an arrow coming out of it (at the bottom centre of your screen). Swipe through the middle row, then tap the Copy to Books option and your ebook will be saved to Apple Books and stay there. If there is no Copy to Books option, please click on “More…” and ensure that Books is a share option.
An alternative method for saving to Apple Books if you have a Mac. On your Mac go to Finder > Applications > Books. Open Apple Books (you may be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID), then find your PDF file in Finder or on your Desktop and drag the file into your Library. Your PDF will be available in the Books app on any iPhone, iPad or Mac, as long as you’re signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive turned on for Books.
To save the PDF to an Android device open the file that you want to save as a PDF, and then tap File on your device. If not already selected, tap Save as PDF on the drop-down list, and then tap Save. Choose a location for your PDF, enter a new name (optional), and then tap Save.
Please don’t worry if this happens. This happens a lot with downloading on phones – you may not even realise that you have tapped the link more than once.
