Strength Through Yoga FAQs

If you are having any problems please look through the FAQ below as most problems can easily be solved. If you are still experiencing any issues contact and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

Who is this ebook suitable for?

Everyone! It is perfect for all levels of yogis, from complete beginner to advanced.

We cover a number of common postpartum issues like diastasis, c-section, incontinence and prolapse – information and advice and things you can do to help.

The information is useful whether you gave birth yesterday or ten years ago. In fact, Finola often sees women with symptoms that can be linked back to when they were pregnant years ago.

Although this book is primarily for mothers, for those who aren’t mothers there are still parts of the book that will be relevant. The information on essential muscles for exercise, posture, meditation and mindfulness, core engagement and the 10 weeks of strength building yoga circuits are beneficial for all.

I don’t live in the UK, can I still buy Strength Through Yoga?

Strength Through Yoga is a postnatal ebook that can be downloaded onto any device anywhere in the world. You just need to make sure you have a pdf reader like Apple Books or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed before downloading.

How can I buy Strength Through Yoga?

Head to where you can add it to your cart! As it’s an eBook you can immediately download and start reading it.

What method of payment do you offer?

PayPal. You don’t need to sign up for an account to use it either!

How do I download the e-book once I have bought it?

You will be sent an order confirmation email with a link to download your ebook. The download expires after 72 hours and is limited to 3 downloads.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email.

Please click once on the download link and be patient. Strength Through Yoga is a large file (the book is over 200 pages!) and may take a little while to download depending on your Wi-fi speed.

To save the PDF to Apple Books on your iPhone please make sure you are using Safari and the the Apple Books app is installed on your phone (from the App Store). Click on the download link emailed to you and once opened please click on the little square with an arrow coming out of it (at the bottom centre of your screen). Swipe through the middle row, then tap the Copy to Books option and your ebook will be saved to Apple Books and stay there. If there is no Copy to Books option, please click on “More…” and ensure that Books is a share option.

An alternative method for saving to Apple Books if you have a Mac. On your Mac go to Finder > Applications > Books. Open Apple Books (you may be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID), then find your PDF file in Finder or on your Desktop and drag the file into your Library. Your PDF will be available in the Books app on any iPhone, iPad or Mac, as long as you’re signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive turned on for Books.

To save the PDF to an Android device open the file that you want to save as a PDF, and then tap File on your device. If not already selected, tap Save as PDF on the drop-down list, and then tap Save. Choose a location for your PDF, enter a new name (optional), and then tap Save.

I received an error message saying I have exceeded my download limit. What should I do?

Please don’t worry if this happens. This happens a lot with downloading on phones – you may not even realise that you have tapped the link more than once.
Please contact my team at with your order number and we will reset the link for you.

When I click on the link it says access has been removed / link has expired. Why is this?

The link is only valid for 72 hours and you have 3 downloads available. Please contact my team at with your order number and we will reset the link for you.
