Yoga Happy is where you come home to yourself. Every time.
Strong. Steady. Happy.

As a dedicated yogi who often enjoys Pilates and loves how the two practices can compliment one another, it’s a delight to share the story of a dedicated Pilates practitioner who loves a bit of complimentary yoga! I’m also grateful to Claire for sharing how she’s found yoga to be a great tool for managing symptoms of menopause. Thanks for sharing Claire.
Lucie is such a kind fellow yogi and yoga teacher. I’m so honoured she shared how the app has helped her truly see that everyone’s practice is unique. Thanks for sharing Lucie.
Maria’s story is deeply moving and I am so grateful for her bravery and kindness in sharing it. I am so happy to know that she continues to find her space for ‘becoming’on her yoga mat in the Yoga Happy app.
Khala is a Yoga Happy member and one of our featured and most loved meditation teachers. Her voice guides many of our members through challenging times, helping us sleep, release fear, embrace change and so much more. A true friend to me and many other members, I’m privileged to teach alongside her.
Jenny is a regular face on our Yoga Happy app community feed. She posts the most wonderful sped up videos of her daily practice with her little boy toddling about alongside her. Real yoga at its very best. As a fellow mum I love how she shows us that yoga doesn’t need brightly lit studios or fancy leggings and I’m so grateful for her.
Lisa’s strength has been such an inspiration to me. The way that she describes how she could collapse or rise and how yoga helped her to choose the latter shines a bright light on the power of this incredible practice to improve our physical and mental health. I’m so happy Lisa continues to practice with me in the Yoga Happy app.
Maggie is a yogi friend from way back and her decision to practice with me on the app means a lot to me. I’ve never been on one of her safari retreats but they are certainly on my bucket list!
Maxeen is such a kind and giving person and I was so honoured to interview her for our advanced yoga teacher training at Alba Yoga Academy. Her experience as a physically disabled student is so valuable and I’ve learned so much from her and am eternally grateful that she agreed to share her thoughts with me and my fellow teachers.
I’ve loved getting to know Stephanie and help boost her confidence and really believe that yoga is for everybody and that she has the potential to inspire more people in her community to find joy and healing on a yoga mat. A truly valued app member, I’m honoured to share her story.
Kristin’s story moved me to my very core! What a journey she has had and how brave she has been. Never having missed a day of practice is no mean feat and shows just how much yoga means to Kristin and her commitment to her own wellbeing. Enjoy reading her story.
I loved hearing this story from Kasia about how she found her way to the Yoga Happy app. I also love the idea that her husband gifted her a membership. I hope you enjoy it too.
When a student shares their story about how they found me, then the app, then the teacher training and are now qualified yoga teachers sharing this beautiful practice in their own communities; honestly it gives me goosebumps! So thanks to Nicola for being one such student. I love how the different features of the app make a difference in her life.
Roxy’s daily Instagram stories sharing her accountability to a 28 day challenge in the app was such a joy to watch. I hope you love reading her story. Thanks so much for sharing Roxy.
I’ve had the joy of practicing in real life with Maria and I’m so grateful that she’s shared what yoga means to her with me.
When it comes to making new habits stick, it’s important to have boundaries around how we spend our time. Here are 6 new habits and boundaries that will help you find more time, joy and ease in 2026
Tahnee shares her Positive Birth Story that went completely off plan but turning negatives into positives made her story an empowering one.
When you’re pregnant people tend to share the horror delivery stories. Claire and I connected recently after she shares a sneak peek into her positive birth stories over instagram. Like me, Claire wanted to share her story to give expectant mums reassurance that having a baby can be wonderful and even enjoyable.
