Why you need breathwork in your life

Breathwork refers to the practice of using breathing techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. How we breathe is how we feel. A simple conscious change to the way we breathe can transform us for many reasons:

  1. Regulation of the nervous system: Breathing exercises can help regulate the autonomic nervous system, which controls the body’s automatic functions, such as heart rate, digestion, and breathing. By slowing down and deepening the breath, we can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps us to relax, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
  2. Increased oxygenation: Breathwork can improve oxygen delivery to the body’s tissues, which can enhance physical performance, boost mental clarity and alertness, and improve overall energy levels.
  3. Emotional release: Breathwork can help us release emotional blockages and negative emotions that we may be holding onto. By focusing on the breath, we can connect with our feelings, and use the breath to move stagnant energy and emotions through the body. This can lead to a greater sense of emotional freedom, peace, and well-being.
  4. Spiritual growth: Breathwork can also be a powerful tool for spiritual growth and self-discovery. By using the breath to quiet the mind and access deeper levels of consciousness, we can gain insights into ourselves and our place in the world. This can lead to a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and connection.Coherence: This is the most fascinating benefit of breathwork for me.This is when all systems (electrical, chemical, rhythmical, magnetic) are in sync with each other in an optimal way.
  5. Coherence: is also closely related to being in the “flow state”. Coherence implies harmonious order, interconnectedness, stability and efficient use of energy.”Heart coherence is a high performance and healthy state – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually – that brings out the very best in us. “- HeartMath

When we combine breathwork with sound healing we can see even more profound results as they amplify each other synergistically. Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound and vibration to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It works by using sound waves and vibrations to resonate with the body’s cells and tissues. This can help to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, reduce stress, and promote relaxation and rejuvenation. By harnessing the power of sound and vibration, we can tap into our innate healing abilities, reduce stress, balance our energy centers, and promote a greater sense of peace and well-being.

How?
We live in a world of frequency, where everything vibrates at different rates and that rate of vibration has a sound. (think of your heart beat) We can only hear 1% of the sound bandwidth.

The resonance principles in sound healing engages and awakens the cells to re-harmonize themselves to optimal coherence.Stress, substances, toxic environmental factors, pathogens, emotional trauma etc imprints disruptive frequencies into our cells. All cells emit sound frequencies as a consequence of their metabolic processes and there is an interaction between the cell’s sound and the sounds imposed by the environment.

Another key aspect to sound healing is “cymatics”. Sound creates dynamic mandala-like patterns in every molecule of your body since the body is majority water based. This imprints every cell with structured geometry that is much more coherent which means more light (enlightened) and sound are emanating from it. So you are becoming a more dynamic human with the highest thriving potential.

The ancient art of sound healing is taking back its rightful place and honoured as the sophisticated technology that it is.

Sound Healing on the brain and thoughts:
The brain also has a pulse like everything else as the creative power of the life force pulsates through it. The neuron’s pulse can be measured like sounds in cycle per second and we call that hertz. (Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta listed from fast to slow sounds per cycle which correlates to high energy to calm/ sleeping states) Your neurons vibrate to your thought patterns and send electromagnetic energy outward and attract energies alike. Sound healing can penetrate through the mental clutter and calm the monkey mind swinging from branch to branch.

If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiological functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.
